Immediate opening: bread baker (Massachusetts)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Franklin County, Massachusetts. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
