Core maker wanted in Grant County

Now hiring: we are hiring a core maker in Grant County, New Mexico. Your main tasks: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
