Lift technician — Linn County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift technician in Linn County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways You will test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
