The role involves: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness Ideal candidate: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
