Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Barton County, Missouri. The job is at an automotive components factory. On a typical shift you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits.
