Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Day to day you will record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches.
