Formwork carpenter — Clark County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Clark County, Missouri. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
