Sausage maker — Lancaster County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Lancaster County, South Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
