Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Daviess County, Kentucky. You will work at a food processing plant. What we are looking for: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC On a typical shift you will braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
