Steward wanted in Sully County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Sully County, South Dakota. The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
