Vacancy available: we are hiring an assembly operator in Warwickshire, England. The role involves: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards Ideal candidate: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work 4+ years on the tools preferred.
