Brick and block layer — Clinton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Clinton County, Indiana. The job is at a residential building site. Your main tasks: • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks 3+ years on the tools preferred.
