Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Hennepin County, Minnesota. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
