Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
