Immediate opening: we are hiring a line assembler in Starke County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses You should have: • Careful handling of tools and components • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Can read work instructions and basic measurements At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
