Now hiring: we are hiring a construction helper in Greer County, Oklahoma. The job is on a road and bridge project. The role involves: • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
