Waterproofing applicator • Douglas County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Douglas County, Minnesota. You will be based on a high-rise façade. The role involves fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
