Press machine operator wanted in Musawa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a press machine operator in Musawa, Katsina State. You will work in a forging and pressing unit. Day to day you will watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting. Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Pay around ₦215,000 per month, based on your experience.
