Your main tasks: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 2+ years on the tools preferred.
