Concrete worker • Gilmer County, Georgia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete worker in Gilmer County, Georgia. The role involves: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
