Waitress — Midland County

Join our team: we are hiring a waitress in Midland County, Texas. The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; clear and reset tables between covers; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Six days a week, one day off.
