Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Fika, Yobe State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift.
