Cement mason — Hickman County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cement mason in Hickman County, Tennessee. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. The role involves give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing. You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
