Join our team: we are hiring a fettler in Borden County, Texas. You will be based at a busy iron foundry. Requirements: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards The role involves cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
