Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Kaufman County, Texas. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
