Now hiring: we are hiring an access control officer in Washington County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates What we are looking for: • Valid PSARA / security guard licence • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
