You will set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; read lift plans and method statements before starting. Requirements: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
