Now hiring: formwork carpenter (Missouri)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Marion County, Missouri. The job is in a cabinet-making workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level What we are looking for: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience 1+ years on the tools preferred.
