Oven operator — Liberty County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Liberty County, Florida. You will work at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
