You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
