Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits On a typical shift you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals.
