Lathe operator • Tippecanoe County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. You will load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
