Catering cook wanted in Converse County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Converse County, Wyoming. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $26 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
