Great opportunity: system formwork carpenter (Alabama)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Conecuh County, Alabama. The job is on a residential tower site. On the job you will handle: • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules 5+ years on the tools preferred.
