Aluminium glazier — Cherokee County

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium glazier in Cherokee County, North Carolina. Day to day you will check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware. Requirements: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
