Scaffolding supervisor — Jibia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Jibia, Katsina State. You will be based at a shipyard. The role involves tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦1,600 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
