Groundsman — Conejos County

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Conejos County, Colorado. Requirements: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage On the job you will handle: • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe 1+ years on the tools preferred.
