Rigger — Biase

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigger in Biase, Cross River State. The job is in a heavy machinery workshop. On the job you will handle: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks Ideal candidate: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Part-time with flexible hours.
