Vacancy available: lifting rigger (South Dakota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Hand County, South Dakota. You will work on a high-rise building site. Your main tasks: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Ideal candidate: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Six days a week, one day off.
