Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Day-to-day duties: • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
