VMC operator • Victoria County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a VMC operator in Victoria County, Texas. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
