Kitchen porter wanted in Stone County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Stone County, Missouri. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Six days a week, one day off.
