Urgent requirement: ironing operator (Iowa)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an ironing operator in Hardin County, Iowa. Day to day you will meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. Requirements: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
