The role involves clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting. You should have: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec 5+ years on the tools preferred.
