Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Waldo County, Maine. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
