Commis chef — Sherburne County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Sherburne County, Minnesota. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 4+ years on the tools preferred.
