Backhoe loader operator — Perkins County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Perkins County, Nebraska. You will work in an open-cast mine. Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster You will operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment.
