Now hiring: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Oldham County, Kentucky. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. You should have: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing The role involves: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items Part-time with flexible hours.
