Dough maker — Colbert County

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Colbert County, Alabama. You will work at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
