You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
